Pledge Per Ankh - House of Life
Afrikan Yoga thanks you all for your continued support in the development of classes through attendance and also through telling people that Afrikan Yoga exists.
Afrikan Yoga has positively benefited hundreds of peoples health and wellbeing and we wish to continue this work in Africa.
We have been blessed with a dream opportunity of leasing a 3 Storey building in Entebbe town, Uganda.
This intended manifestation is the result of meditation on a lived in temple yoga retreat space in Africa by water.
The building we have named PER ANKH - HOUSE OF LIFE is situated in the quite town of Entebbe, which is a few minutes walk to the great Lake 'Nalubaale' named Lake Victoria by the colonials which is a large body of water that sits in between Uganda, Kenya, and Tanzania.
PER ANKH - House of Life is a 15 minutes drive from Entebbe International Airport and 45 minutes drive to the capital Kampala
We aim to secure the space on a 3-5 years lease with the view
Of developing a Afrikan Yogic retreat centre, creating a small community of Afrikan Healers.
PER ANKH will also be used as a living space for Afrikan Yoga students wishing to do Teacher Training intensives and for local residents to practise Afrikan Yoga, as well as access complimentary health services.
We ask for your assistance in setting the ball rolling. In 4 weeks we need to raise £2,500 for 3 months rent in advance and with your help we are sure that we more than able to do this.
We ask all members, student, associates and well wishers of Afrikan Yoga to pledge approx £50 - £100 or more in the pursuit of our endeavours.
In return we offer an opportunity to visit, reside and enjoy the healing practices we will have available at The House of life. We also intend to organise eco type safaris and journeys. Uganda is full of wildlife, rivers, waterfalls, savannas, woodland, tropical forest and parks. We also intend to conduct excursions from the Nile sources in Jinja (White Nile) that flows from lake Nalubaale to the East of the country and the Rwenzoris Mountains, 'Mountains of the Moon,' (Blue Nile) to the North West of Uganda. These two become one as they travel upwards into Sudan and on into KMT, Egypt, flowing past the temples of Luxor, approx 6,000 km downstream and out into the Mediterranean Sea.
Again we thank you in advance for the positive vibrations, joy and expansive mentality sent to us, we thank you in advance for your pledge and your desire to reconnect to the source.
