Afrikan Yoga Workshop @

The Alchemy Centre

Unit 101 · Stables Market · Chalk Farm Road · London · NW1 8AH

Instructor Pablo Menfesawe-Imani

Being passionate about Afrikan Yoga Pablo is keen to introduce this most ancient holistic form of practice to the masses as it regulates ones breathing, improves energy levels, alertness and clarity of mind. It stretches and works the muscles in the body, toning and giving an invigorating workout. By increasing ones energy with oxygenated blood, afrikan yoga actually helps to store energy in the body and replenish cells.

Pablo is a certified Hatha Yoga teacher, a Holistic health and Wellbeing Consultant, a Massage therapist and Balanced Health practitioner trained in Kinesiology. He is the Co-founder of Nubeing Health Foundation, a member of British School of Yoga, The International Association of Black Yoga Teachers based in LA, USA, The Independent Yoga Network, The International Board of African Thinkers Traditional Priest Priestesses Healers and Religion Inc. Pablo is also an Iconographic Artist, Author and Poet.

Pablo's teaching style is attentive and user friendly, pitching his instruction at challenging yet attainable levels, students are instantly at ease and relaxed in his Afrikan Yoga sessions as he effortlesly dispenses his knowledge to them. Participants are helped to develop body awareness by being encouraged to listen to their body in order to detoxify and de-stress their system, balance emotions, increase libido, breathe correctly and eventually progress to breathing methods that can induce a psycho-spiritual state.

"Afrikan Yoga
is the reconnection to the source, the combined wisdom of ancient Afrika with its rich heritage in natures principles."
Pablo introduces this concept and "invites all to experience this ancient practice of timeless culture for everyday living."
